Qualification: Candidates must Class VIII passed from recognized institute.Candidates must possess Home Guard Volunteer Certificate from Kamrup District (Mandatory willingness certificate obtained in 2015-16 from the competent authority for a period of three years) as per Assam Home Guards (Amendments) Rules, 2015.
Desirable: Candidates must have Driving Licence, Computer Proficiency and any Extracurricular Activity and Skill development certificate.
Age limit: Age of the candidates must be less than to 55 years (preferably 35 years).
Wages: Rs. 235/- per day for Basic Trained Home Guard Volunteer and Rs. 250/- per day for Advanced Trained Home Guards.
Selection Procedure: Home Guards volunteer will be shortlisted on the basis of First come First Serve for the above mentioned tentative vacant post.No TA/ DA will be admissible.
