Eligibilty Criteria for Assam Forest SRPF Constable Recruitment 2017:
Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSLC or Class X from a recognized board.

Medical Standards: Candidates must not have knocked knee, flat foot or squint in eyes and they should posses high colour vision.They must be in good mental and bodily health.They must be free from any physical deformities and free from diseases such as diabetes, piles, respiratory diseases or any other ailment that is likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more tan 25 years as on 1st January 2017 ie candidate must born on or before 1st January 1999 and after 1st January 1992.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit of the candidates is relaxable up to 5 years for ST/ SC candidates.
Salary: Rs.14,000- 49,000/- + GP Rs.5600/- plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Application Fee: A fee of Rs.250/- for General Candidates and Rs.150/- for ST/ SC/ OBC/ MOBC candidates must be paid.No need of any application fee for BPL candidates.(Only BPL cards are acceptable).
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Test.
