Note: Call letters to the following shortlisted candidates are being dispatched. In the case of nonreceipt of the call letter, a duplicate copy may be collected from Head Office, The Cooperative City Bank Ltd., Silpukhuri, Guwahati-3 after 7th November 2017 but before 10th November 2017 between 10 am to 5 pm.
General Information for the candidates :
(1) The question paper for written examination will be in English only. The duration of the examination will be 90 (ninety) minutes.
(2) The question paper will contain 100 objective type questions with multiple choice options covering the areas of (i) English Language (ii) Arithmetical/Numerical Ability (iii) Reasoning and (iv) General Knowledge including basic Computer Knowledge. There will be 25 questions in each area with each question carrying one mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
(3) Mobile Phones/calculators/calculator watches or any such devices are not allowed in the examination hall. The Co-operative City Bank Ltd. will not take any responsibility for the safe custody of the above items.
(4) You should bring along with you, two HB pencils, a pencil sharpener, a ball pen and a good quality eraser.
(5) The minimum qualifying mark and the number of candidates to be called for interview will be decided by The Co-operative City Bank Ltd. on the basis of performance in the written test and as per prevailing guidelines in this regard. However, The Co-operative City Bank Ltd. reserves its rights to reduce or enhance the qualifying marks depending on the performance of the candidates in the examination.
(6) You may attend the examination in any order you like. However, in your own interest you are advised not to spend too much time on any one question. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained.
(7) While answering questions you should read all the alternatives given before deciding the correct/most appropriate answer.
(8) If for any question the candidate gives more than one answer it would be treated as wrong even if one of the given answers happens to be right. You should, therefore, be careful in marking your answers.
(9) You must write your Roll Number, your Name and the name of the center of examination and the date of examination in the space provided in the Answer Sheet.
(10) No rough work is to be done in the Answer Sheet. However, you can do rough work on the question/examination booklet itself.
(11) You must submit your question booklet and the answer sheet to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. If you do not return the question booklet/and or answer sheet or is found to take or pass on the question booklet/and or answer sheet inside the examination hall, you will be disqualified and The Co-operative City Bank Ltd. may take further action as per examination rules.
