1.Finance Specialist

Qualification: Candidates must have completed M.Com/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA or equivalent from any recognized university/ Institute.Candidates must be computer literate and strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
Experience: Candidates must have minimum 3 years of working experience in budgeting, accounting, financial management in large programs/ projects.candidates with experience of working in govt. project will be preferred.
Salary: Rs.5.04 lakh per annum.
2.Sanitation Specialist
No of Posts: 04
Qualification: Candidates must have completed Master degree in Engineering/ Social Science/ Environmental Science/ Water and Sanitation or in any equivalent from any recognized university/ Institute.Candidates must fluency in English, Hindi and local languages.Candidates must have knowledge of SLWM technology options and experience in implementation of SLWM in rural areas.
Experience: Candidates must have minimum 3 years of working experience in WASH sector and project management, experience in implementing, designing or coordinating WASH in rural community.
Salary: Rs.5.04 lakh per annum.
3.LDA Accounts
No of Posts: 01
Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in commerce stream from any recognized university/ Institute.Candidates must be computer literate and must have knowledge of MS-Office, Internet, Email etc. along with strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
Experience: Candidates must have minimum 2 years of working experience in budgeting financial management, accounts and audit.Candidates must have experience in working with tally software.
Salary: Rs.20,000- 25,000/- per month.
4.Office Assistant
No of Posts: 01
Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in any stream from any recognized university/ Institute.Candidates must be computer literate and must have diploma in computer application and type writing along with strong communication skills in english, hindi and local languages.
Experience: Candidates must have minimum 1 years of working experience in office administration/ file management etc.
Salary: Rs.10,000/- per month.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be less than 45 years as on 1st January 2017.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview/ Written Test.
